PROJECTS

One Sixty

OneSixty is a proposed 34,000 SF, mixed-use building located at 160 Main Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho. The project has a first floor of retail and office space, a second floor of a single office tenant, and a third and fourth floor with a total of 24 studio and one-bedroom residential units. The proposal also contemplates constructing a parking structure above land owned by the City of Twin Falls, which is currently used for parking and owned by the City of Twin Falls. The parking structure would add approximately 60-70 new parking stalls and could be constructed to allow for additional future levels should parking demands continue to increase.

Historic Elks Lodge

The Historic Elks lodge, a timeless building in the heart of Twin Falls, is an exciting part of the ongoing revitalization of the downtown area. At Summit Creek Capital, we are proud to be a part of evolving this iconic building into a core cultural space. This project takes the legacy of the Elks and turns it into a center of vitality for the community.
